In the past, TM riding cars were available to rent for a nominal fee. Will cars be available this time and for how much? Reservation required?

Train Mountain will be renting riding cars during the Triennial. As there is often a shortage during the Triennial, reservations are required. Since the riding cars are owned by Train Mountain, you must make these arrangements directly with the Train Mountain management, not with the Triennial Committee.
