19 members were in attendance and we had a great meeting. Lots of good feedback and lots of progress being made. The agenda items all got covered and 'almost' on time! 
Next meeting is Saturday Feb 18th at 1:00.
Keep on the lookout for an announcement soon about some very special entertainment during the Triennial. Stay tuned!
Jim Rickman has volunteered to be the Seminar Chairman. Dianne Barr has volunteered to take over the First Aid Chairmanship.
What the Triennial committees need from you the members is to let us know that when you are here will you will be help us out by volunteering a couple of hours to help on any of these important committees. We cannot possibly hope to put on an event of this scale without your help.
The Triennial also needs some Seminar Presentors. We need 45 minutes of your expertise on some railroad related subject matter. Subjects that have been covered in the past were boiler construction, Operations Meet, plowing snow, and all kinds of very interesting subjects. If you are interested in being a presentor please send us an email.
We still have some vendor spaces available and we also have ad space available in the Commerative Program. You do NOT need to have a booth to have an ad in the program. If you know of a vendor, or want to be vendor, or want to have an ad, contact us soon.
