Please review the list of vendors that are coming to the Triennial. Remember that they can bring the parts you need and save you freight charges. Also there is no sales tax in Oregon. These folks want to bring stuff to sell and certainly don't want to haul it back home again! 
Give them a look and place your orders with them. The list is growing each week, should be quite a show.
