The Triennial is getting closer and closer. The next meeting of the Triennial Committee is approaching. We need your input as to any issues you want to make sure we have covered. We realize that not being here for the meetings puts you all at a disadvantage of not knowing what's going on. Also just posting the minutes of the meetings does little to help that situation. So please if there are any questions or issues you have regarding what we have planned or past issues you've had, PLEASE let us know and we will try and get you an answer. Any suggestions will also be added to our discussions. We need your input.

Some examples of issues brought to our attention have been not enough trash storage resources, and infrequent pumping of the porta potties, etc,. We will have two max capacity refuse dumpsters on site and they will be emptied as required. We are working with a new septic pumping company and hope we have that issue under control.

Bottomline is this is YOUR Triennial so please tell us what would make it even better. If it's at all possible we will discuss it and give it a go. But we need to know now, not when you get here. Thanks for listening and hope to see you all here having a great time in June!

Questions:

We are paying for various family members to attend for 2 days during the event. Can we pay with credit card as they arrive? Can they sign in and do the paperwork at then entrance gate?

Also, are hats available for purchase for 2012?
They may register at the gate. We have no provisions for accepting credit cards, they must pay by cash or check.

The Triennial Committee is not doing hats. The TM Company Store is doing a 25th Anniversary t-shirt, but I do not know if they are going to do a 2012 hat.
The registration committee also suggested that the Casino has an ATM machine so that might be an alternative for those needing to pay at the gate.
